Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, handmade details, customization, and our creations.
Do I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?
No. We ship all orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means all customs duties and import fees are paid in advance by us.
There are no hidden charges or surprise fees upon delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
How long does shipping take?
For ready-to-ship items, processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, estimated shipping times are:
- Within Europe: 1–5 business days
- USA, Canada & Australia: 3–10 business days
Are your products handmade?
Yes. We develop, design, and create our products ourselves in our workshop, with great care and attention to detail.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Yes. The photos show the actual product design and appearance.
Because wood is a natural material and each piece is finished by hand, small differences in wood grain, shading, or texture may occur.
These natural variations do not change the overall look of the product.
