Your order is only accepted once Huncutka Hobby e.U. confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Huncutka Hobby e.U. may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we are unable to accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of ordering.

The return or exchange of your purchases is governed solely by the terms of our Refund Policy.

You confirm and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal use or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be listed in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown do not include taxes, shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

You confirm and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use that credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we have handed the goods over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Huncutka Hobby e.U. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Huncutka Hobby e.U.
