We ship to many countries across Europe (both EU and non-EU member states), the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Processing Time
We develop, design, and create all of our products ourselves in our forest workshop, with great care and attention to detail. 🌲🏡
Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation before your package is shipped.
For Personalized Orders:
Please note that personalization may extend the processing time by approximately 9–14 days.
IMPORTANT!
Before production begins, we will send you a message to confirm your personalization details. Production will only start after receiving your approval.
Until then, both processing and shipping times may be delayed.
For personalized orders, please check your messages regularly.
Depending on the number of orders and during holiday periods, processing times may be longer.

We ship all orders via UPS Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery:
For Ready-to-Ship Items
- Within Europe: 1–5 business days after dispatch
- USA, Canada & Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch
A valid phone number is required for UPS delivery updates.

Shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order — you'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase. 🌿

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — this means all customs duties and import fees are paid in advance by us. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees upon delivery. What you see at checkout is what you pay. 🎉
